20 litre??
Definitely not 20 litre. Measured at about 14 litres. And suspect that it is less than 800w too because it takes longer to heat things up than the Daewoo one it replaced which was proper 20 litres and 800w. Nevertheless it's a nice looking microwave and does the job so quite pleased and am keeping it.

Faulty - does not work
Faulty on arrival, sounds like this is a common issue. Will be returning for a refund and will have to purchase one elsewhere

To wave or not to wave?
Loved design and easy to operate but only had it six weeks before it stopped working 800 w and put my porridge in and pressed 2 mins and hey presto was making quite aloud noise and porridge didn’t cook no heat at all . Amazon refund and was collected prompt great customer service must of been a factory fault as there no bang sparks or anything

Dented damaged could not use
Came damaged never got to use it sent it straight back.
