I tried all 3 types that came in this package (magnetic, mesh silicone, regular silicone) for over a week. I used SnoreLab app to record and monitor my sleep. None of these worked! Snoring is due to more than the nasal passage being open. The tongue/throat create problems too.

I am a person who snoring every night. Most nights, my husband told me to roll over and hope that I would stop snoring so that he could fall asleep. I bought them to see if they could help. It took a while to figure out how to use them. It comes in a variety of styles and sizes. You need to find the one that works best for you. Once I found a suit that suits me, I tried it. On the first night, I realized that I still faced the same way as when I was asleep. So I asked my husband if I was snoring, why he didn't let me roll over. He said that my snoring was very weak and there was nothing that made him difficult to sleep. I also had a wonderful night that night. Usually I will wake up at least 3-4 times. I only woke up once and it was already 5 o'clock in the morning, which meant that I had slept for most of the night. Although they may not have stopped all the snoring but they have definitely improved things.

This anti snore device does the trick. I was skeptical at first based on some of the reviews but still decided to give it a try. That was a great decision! It took me a week to get used to sleeping with them in. I initially preferred the softer ones but gave the firmer ones a shot as well. They both yielded the same results so I use them interchangeably throughout the week. I was a heavy snorer which prevented me from going into a longer deep sleep (fitness/sleep tracker). I even recorded myself, one night with them in and one night without them in, and not even the faintest snore came out with them in. I did notice that that my throat is a bit dry in the morning but after a quick sip of water it’s good. Everyone in my household appreciates this small “investment” including me!

I bought these more to see if such devices would help my night-time breathing, although reduction in snoring would be a nice side-benefit. There were different sizes of at least 3 different designs, making around 8 devices in all. The ones that would probably have kept my passage clear the most, simply would not stay in for more than about an hour, in any size, and then became something to lie on and kept me awake. The ones that stayed in (magnetic ones) were also the most comfortable. They maybe gave some improvement to breathing, and wife says I may be snoring less, although it was never that bad anyway. At the price charged, it's well worth a try.

this product came very quickly via amazon prime , and was very well packaged the price is amazing considering the high quality and the good designoverall I think this is a great device that would help any people for a small price , I can imagine these lasting along time and would highly recommend

My nostrils tend to collapse in a bit from the sides when I breathe, limiting my oxygen intake.The nose vents were quite comfortable, able to breathe better. Highly recommend!

My partner can’t stand to listen to my snoring anymore so I searched Amazon and found these! They were highly recommended and came the next day! They feel much better than the strips that I’ve been using because they hurt my skin but these aren’t hard plastic, they fit comfortably in my nose.
