Excellent lightweight support.
I am experiencing issues with my knees after a lifetime of contact sports and probable arthritis.I have tried a number of braces/supports and while all have pluses and minuses, this brace - at least for me -provides the best combination of support and bracing while lightweight enough to be easy wearing.

Try Rehband...You get what you pay for...
This is disappointing. I ordered a smaller size and still this thing is big. Doesn't give you support for running at all. Had to invest in the Rehband supports. They work much better than this.You get what you pay for...

I lift weights regularly and, for weeks, have been experiencing some pain in the tendons connecting my right hamstrings and knee.
