2.5 lb bag for $10.99 ?
My two little Maltese loves these and they are very easy to break inton small bits and not sharp, etc.Odd thing is, when I just reordered them, Amazon shows the 2.5 lb bag at only $10.99 (see copy and paste below), when it was $28 or something a couple of months ago.Probably a mistake. Will be interesting to see what I actually receive - my guess is I'll instead receive the smaller bag, at which I will complain to Amazon. It's their mistake, not mine, and looking back in the comments here, the mistake has been pointed out more than once.Carolina Prime PetCarolina Prime Duck & Sweet Tater Tenders 2.5lbs4.0 out of 5 stars 71 customer reviews| 4 answered questionsPrice: $10.99 Free Shipping for Prime MembersGet $70 off instantly: Pay $0.00 upon approval for the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Card.FREE Delivery by Tuesdayif you order within 12 hrs 11 mins. If your dog can't have chicken, be careful. They'll likely send the wrong product!
I've been ordering these for a long time--ever since Costco discontinued them. One of my dogs can't have chicken, and they both LOVE these. Well, they love the product in the description. The PROBLEM:The past two times I've placed an order with them for:40oz of Duck & Sweet Tater Tenders, I've gotten:12oz of Chicken Wrapped Sweet Tater Stix.Kind of a big problem. Especially since I can't break these into smaller pieces, AND I have one dog that can't have them at all.The first time this happened, I tried to return the item, but they just refunded the cost and told me to keep it. I'm guessing they can't take returns on food. They changed the website's description to the Chicken Stix, but left the picture of the Duck. I ordered the smaller packages of duck available from (I think) the same seller, and though more expensive, they came in just fine. Then, they changed the website to the pic and description of the 40oz Duck, and I figured I was back in business. AGAIN, the same wrong product. I now have 5 bags of free treats I'll be giving away to friends. This wouldn't be such a big deal, except my dogs LOVE these more than any other snack, and the fact that Amazon has now done this TWICE.The bottom line is that unless you want some free chicken snacks, you should probably avoid ordering this specific product for a while. Though, as I said, if you're ok with a smaller (and therefore more expensive) bag, the seller offers the same product in a 12oz bag.

Huge, Soft Treats; Massive Bag; Duck and Sweet Potato First Ingredients
Duck and sweet potato are the first ingredients. That's great nutritional prioritization, and an ideal combo if you ask our perfect hound, who devours these. This is a truly massive bag of massive treats (a full treat can be up to 4 inches long). Thanks to an elevated moisture content, they're soft and chewy, allowing smaller pieces to be snapped off.So easy on her stomach. Do expect sweet potato-colored poops in the yard.Huge, fun, nutrient-dense treats offered in bulk and at an incredible value. Accept no substitutes! - (Was this review of use to you? Great Treats!!
Like other reviewers I was purchasing these from Costco on a regular basis. Unfortunately since late last year they are no longer available.I finally decided to purchase from Amazon when they were down to about $22.00, still several dollars more than Costco but the best deal I have found since. They were long-dated and super fresh, just like when I would get them from Costco. I will add I am a licensed vet tech and am super picky about treats and ingredient sourcing. Also, my dog LOVES these and due to her allergies cannot have most treats. Def recommended.ADDENDUM 08/18: I reordered the same listing and received a 12oz bag of Chicken treats! Notified Amazon but the listing has not changed. Why would you use the same listing for a totally different item? My dog cant have chicken due to allergies.

My dog's favorite treat
I usually buy these at COSTCO, but it was reasonable to buy them here and have them delivered when I was out of town. This is my dogs FAVORITE treat, which is why I paid the slightly higher price at amazon when I was out of town and far from a COSTCO. My dog likes them that much -- I had to get some delivered or I'd be in trouble. These are easy to tear into smaller pieces. I don't give her one piece; I give her a few pieces once in a while. Her favorite treat when she is the best dog.

Great training treats
These are great treats and well worth the money. Our Berners love them and seen to find them very motivating. They're also not messy and are easy to carry when walking or training.

Costco used to carry them at a much better price; no longer available there either
My dog loves these treats, but now you don't have it available. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars just because of the price. Costco used to carry them at a much better price; no longer available there either. I am a fan of Carolina Prime dog products.

Great, but price increase is RIDICULOUS!!!!
My dog also loves these, but seriously, I bought a bag just a few months ago for about $20.00. And yes, here on Amazon! Costco has Cadet brand Gourmet duck jerky , also easy to break into bite size pieces, and a 2.5lb bag was $12.99. My dog loves these just as well. It pays to be creative, at least until the chicken and sweet potato shortage "blows over".
