Our mats are 1 mm thick. Most mats range between 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm thick- A thicker mat will be easier to handle, won't warp and will stay flat on your baking pan. Cookies and biscuits simply slide right off with perfectly baked bottoms. The bottoms of baked items won't burn as easily as plain baking sheets and no spraying or greasing is needed. Our silicone mats are economical, will stay non-stick and can be reused up to 3,000 times. The life of the mat varies depending on how will it is taken care of. The Hunter House silicone mat is safe for temperatures ranging from -94F to 480 F. (-70 C to 248 C) Silicone mats can also be used in the microwave.
