For anyone who is on a low carb diet, this is a good mash potato substitute.
Cauliflower is high in micronutrients and low in carbohydrates. If you don't have the means or the time to puree the cauliflower yourself this is a good alternative.

Worth the money
This is great! Love it better than cauliflower actually. Im to lazy to cook cauliflower, and this is so much easier to do this (like instant potatoes). Plus, cauliflower stinks up the kitchen.

Ok, tastes kind of funny. I can't have potatoes anymore, so it's an ok alternative to mashed potatoes. Much easier than trying to make mashed cauliflower "potatoes".
