I ordered 4 bands at the same time, 3 of which were from HSWAI, just in 3 different colors. The fourth watch band was from a different Manufacturer- but they were all ordered at the same time, and all 4 shipped together. Anyways, the blue and purple HSWAI bands were fine, but the gray band had a "quick release pin" on the longer side of the band, with the holes, that was too small. The "quick release pin" was too short to connect to the watch. I think it was a 20 mm pin, put in a 22mm band, probably by mistake--I pulled the pin out of the silicone and compared it to one of the other bands, and it was quite obvious that it was shorter. Luckily, the 4th band I purchased, which was by a different manufacturer, included 2 extra replacement "quick release pins." After I removed the "too short" pin that was too short, I replaced it with the appropriate size pin that was included as an "extra" from the other manufacturer.All ended well, but if I hadn't bought that single band from the other manufacturer, which included the extra 22mm pins, the purchase of the gray HSWAI band would have been a complete waste of $$$$, because without switching the "quick release pin" out from the other manufacturer, it would not have connected to the watch.Product quality is pretty decent- it looks almost exactly like the original Samsung Galaxy watch band, but it is not quite as superior of quality, but still decent enough- this is to be expected when you pay $8 instead of $29, which is what replacement bands from Samsung cost. Just beware that by paying $8 from the "knock off" company, rather than the $29 that you pay for an official Samsung replacement band, that you are running into the possibility of some issues- which is lower "quality control" Maybe I was unlucky enough to be that one in a million who got the wrong size of quick release pin in their purchased product, just letting you know my experience.

I loved this band, it's very comfortable and easy to put on. However I was going to take the band off to clean my watch yesterday and noticed the metal piece you pull in to unlatch it is stuck to the side and I cant take the band off without tearing the band.

While this band is almost an exact replica of Samsung's band there is one issue, the buckle while advertised as metal is actually plastic and so the edges tend to dig into my wrist a bit. False advertising on their part but not really a deal breaker as the bank looks great, feels durable and is only 8 dollars. If you need a replacement band go ahead and get this one, just be aware that the buckle is not metal.
