Original packaging not good - liquid leaked all over inside the box, lid not taped. Requested replacement, it arrived promptly - lid taped.Product is very nice - soothes my skin nicely and has a nice unisex fragrance.

I really like this product, works well on sensitive skin.

Treatment came without box, wrapped in a paper. It was not sealed and looked used. Will return.

Love the smell and lightweight feel

Works great for me as face cleanser when put on a cotton pad, morning and night. Am repurchasing for the 3rd time. Plan to try some in a spray bottle to calm my irritated scalp. It’s a clear and non sticky pure liquid that does not leave residue.

Item arrived unsealed and without original packaging (just bubble-wrapped and hand taped). Does not build trust that I am receiving a true Origins product and the fact it arrived unsealed means product could be contaminated. Very disappointed- esp that I am paying shipping to return to get refund. Do not buy.

I did not receive what I ordered. Instead of the 3.4 oz bottle I ordered, I received two 1.7oz bottles. They look like samples and are both open so who knows what’s inside. ORDER FROM MANUFACTURER AND NOT THIS COMPANY.

When my Dr. Weil 'treatment lotion' arrived it was leaking and half gone. I believe better packing with liquid products is necessary. The bottle was simply in a plastic bag. My house still smells like the product (which is a pleasant smell, by the way).
