We had to reach out to the manufacturing company as it had part of the structure that was broken upon arrival and had pieces missing. Guide holes were either not drilled properly or at all. It wasn't the easiest to put together primarily due to the quality of materials. In the end though it is a good size for kids to play. Pool table is actually pretty nice, but conversion from pool table to air hockey would be tough for a kid to maneuver.

This is a great product for the money. My kids played with it for hours upon hours after Christmas and it is still their favorite present. This was the only multi sport table that I could find with a powered air hockey table. Sure it's a pain to put together, but I expected that. My main gripe was that it was missing a bag of bolts that was needed to secure the legs, so I needed to make a trip to the hardware store the day after Christmas to replace them.

Note that the puck does not actually slide into a drop slot when you score. Its more like a catch slot on the table. If I new this prior I would not have purchased this unit. The pool table is the best feature. The rest of the games i.e. basketball is pretty generic.

Overall the game table is OK. The quality is fair and I fear it won't hold up to 3 kids under 10 using it for very long. Time will tell. When putting it together it was missing several bolts which I had to go to the hardware store to replace. It also arrived damaged with a hole in the side of the box resulting in a hole through the ping pong table top. That led me to attempt to call customer service. I had left four messages requesting a return call to no avail. Finally, I spoke to someone live and when questioning why no one has called me back, I was told they had over 3000 messages after returning from the holidays. That alone says something about the prodcut quality!! I did not have the model number of my table, but did have the shipping info and the order number and was still told I need to call back with the model number. No effort was made to help identify the model number even with the description, shipping and order info. That is Customer Service? I will think very hard about ordering any other prodcut from this company and most likely never will based on the other reviews.

I bought this table for my grandkids so they have something to do when they visit. After asembling it I was impressed withhow sturdy it was even though its made of pressboard. My grandkids love it. The pool table is good for teaching kids to shoot poolI was impressed for a smaller table no bad rolls and easy to level. After wiping the air hockey table with furniture polish the air hockey is decent even though the goals are just slits and the puck don't go all the way in the goal After a few days of kids and adults playing on it and it staying pretty sturdy and the not bad gameplay this table by far exceeded my expectations

The table itself is ok. It comes with the games listed but some of the accessories are flimsy. Like basketball which is the kind you may use as a small dog toy. The pool set is cool and the air hockey is good except there is not a hole for the puck on either side of the table so the way to make a goal is for the puck to become stuck in a slit in the table which is hard for younger children.The table is a monster to assemble!! It comes well labeled but it is not easy. It took 2 adult men and me reading the instructions 5 hours to put it together. Also some of the parts do not have pre drilled holes so you need to create the holes with a good drill. Lastly, my table was missing the crucial pins that hold the table in place. I can't just get the replacement part so they have to send me another table which is just a major inconvenience because the box and the table is so heavy and I will have to go through a big hassle to dig the part out and then send it back. Hopefully it will have the piece included. Not the best.

We have a small basement and a 9 & 12 yr old. This table provides lots of fun and laughs without taking up a lot of space. My son and I have lots of fun playing pool and ping-pong!!

The product dimensions are off, packaging and protection was horrible. I had to make repairs on this item to use it. Otherwise pretty cool.
