Although this is a cookbook stand, I bought it to display my large, polished rock slice. It handles the rock weight without a problem. I added some masking tape to prevent scratches on the slice and it works perfectly. I can only imagine that it will hold cookbooks with ease as well...as long as it is not as thick as an encyclopedia.

I have a custom made cutting board I display on this stand. It is simple and works well.

I wanted a simple design plate holder for a large Italian hand painted bowl and this is perfect. I didn’t want something fancy to detract from the beautiful bowl. This is heavy duty, well made and handles a large pasta bowl very nicely. Sturdy - doesn’t move or tip. Excellent buy!

I needed it to hold an 8x10 picture. It was sturdy enough to hold it but slanted back too far so I found one in person at hobby lobby that was almost straight up in back. Keeping though to have on hand for something else.

I ordered this to stand decor on for my bedroom. It is very lightweight, sturdy, and practical. It also looks nice and was worth the money I spent.

Love this little stand. It is ideal for both our iPad, which we use from time to time. But it's also big enough and sturdy enough to support the 3 ring-folder we use almost every day for our cooking.

I found this stand to be very suitable for a large platter that is quite colorful. The low sitting stand is able to support the weight & size of the platter without obscuring the design on the front of the platter. Pleased that it keeps the large/tall platter secured and fits closely to the backsplash in my kitchen leaving it on display without taking up too much counter space.

The stand is fine, fits the photo album I bought it for. My issue is the powder coating or spray paint (whatever they used to paint it) is poorly done. There are areas on the sides that are missing paint altogether and it looks like it wasnt quality checked before selling. You dont see those defects when something is on it so oh well. If you want quality, buy from someone else.
