A good food scraper
I bought this for its rust proof nature, will update if they say rust proof.

The one I got was garbage
Blade popped out of the handle after a short period of light use, revealing a jagged, rusty root that barely extended into the handle. After that, bought a Warner broad knife (for cheaper), and it's very sturdy and high-quality. Now I know.
