It takes about 4 Tablespoons for 24 ounces of kefir and boy does it taste like blueberries!!!Highly recommend!!!

I was having trouble getting enough blueberry flavor out of dried blueberries for using in tea. Blueberries plus some of this powder gives my tea a great taste, a great look, and make for a very healthy cup of tea!

I wanted to drink more water so I love mixing Pure Blueberry Powder with water which I drink all through the day. To help it mix better I put the powder in a plastic drink bottle and shake it up. I also add it to my smoothie each morning. I will keep buying this product because I feel it is so good for you.

I like this with milk and green tea. It is not so good in black tea although it is still drinkable. It doesn't dissolve so well in milk but it is a healthy was to add a little extra flavor to your milk and it will dissolve with a little extra effort. I have been told it does well if you put it in a shaker and sprinkle it on pancakes but I have not tried that yet.

I don't know what this is. It has no blueberry taste, if I put some in my mouth and wait long enough, I notice a hint of some "berry" flavor, not likely to be blueberry, maybe bilberry. The color of the powder is as bland and washed out as the flavor. It has the texture and taste I associate with dextrose. Again, I don't know what this is, but I'm pretty sure that if I blended say 10 parts maltodextrin with one part real blueberry powder, it would look and taste like this product.

Quality blueberry extract and exactly as described in the description. Will purchase again if the price remains competitive.
