The product was for my 12 y/o. She says she is not having as much pain in her back since wearing them for one week. She has flat feet as did I when I was her age and had to wear the metal plates. When I tried her shoe on I did feel the support of the arch better that sof soles for flat feet but not as much full coverage and strength as the medical grade of course. We will continue to try these and if her condition doesn't improve her Dr recommended super soles but I can't find them anywhere so $300 medical grade is the next option but so far the best support in comparison to sof soles...

Walking is a Pleasure
Suffering with Plantar Fasciitis, I am pleased to have purchased these insoles. They have made my Walking Regimen far more pleasurable. Prior to inserting these into hiking boots my heal throbbed during and especially after my exercising. I can once again enjoy the sights and sounds of my walks without unwelcome attention on my pain and the additional discomfort of an awkward gait. My Siberian Husky appreciates the improvement in "daddies" shared time.

Well -these didn't work for me...but the reason for the poor review is the quality. I bought 4 sets, and put 3 in my shoes. 2 of them actually came apart! The little pieces on the bottom of them detached from the main cushion support. It is too late to return the 4th one so to I'll be giving it to Goodwill or just tossing it. It m

Very good product
Love them. Arrived onetime. I was developing planter faciatis (not sure of that spelling) while using my treadmill. The insoles have helped and have virtually eliminated the pain while using the treadmill.great job. Oh and by the way they are very comfortable

They work
I didn't think these insoles would make any difference but was very surprised. My plantar fasciitis disappeared in one day! I'm now able to enjoy walking again!
