Ukulele group was performing a song requiring a kazoo, so I got this one and I'm glad I did! It's a good size, easy to hold, and it sounds good--not the loudest kazoo out there, but not quiet either, and it has a good clear tone. I also appreciate that it comes with a spare piece of kazoo paper to replace the one in the kazoo if needed over time.

Got this as a gift for my daughter who has a bizarre affection for such things. The volume that this thing attains is truly impressive, and it actually has a very clear tone. Well, you know, for a kazoo, so it sounds a bit like a tuned fart, but that's kinda the point. She has been happily tootling around the house for a month now. Everyone but her now hates me for this, but hey, she's happy! She loves it, so it deserves the 5 stars for build quality and for making my kiddo happy.

Liked that there are several vibration membranes to use for replacements. Only thing I had issues with is the screw on cap that holds the membrane. Too tight and no kazoo buzz. Too loose and it can come off.

These are fun. Be prepared for your kids to annoy you though. I allow kazoo use during limited times of the day. But the kids really love them.

Its metal, it will wear AND last forever.We use ours (and other musical instruments) to get our dogs to howl and bark... but together as a group, right before dinner. We are dog trainers and its a group/ pack building exercise.PS... when/ if you run out of the membrane's... a little circle of wax paper works just as well. olde skool.

I would have expected to get the right color and some directions for this, but did not. Not happy.
