No problem following the directions (Ikea could learn a thing or two). This kit is very high quality, the pieces fit well, and the finished product looks great. Excellent kid gift, it is a little pricey versus competition but you get a lot for the money. They are very quick for a 6-year-old to build with almost no help, I wish it was a little more of a stretch skill-wise, but that is as much as strength of the design as it is my personal grievance. Would not affect my review and I highly recommend this kit.

Satisfying for my 5yo and 3yo. They're not perfect but pretty well done. Some pilot holes are not big enough. One of the hummer wheels had no countersunk hole at all. If you have a workshop (like us) these are easy fixes but if you don't have tools or extra materials it might be quite difficult to handle mistakes in the materials. Super fun. Easy directions. Probably took 45 minutes each with a little help. We also skipped the doors on the hummer.

We did the bird house no problem. Then when we moved on to the train there was a missing part and a hole in one of the wheels was not drilled. We fixed the missing hole no problem but there’s not much we can do to complete the train with the missing part. I’m not sure I can return it due to the bird house already being completed. If you purchase this make sure you have all the parts to everything prior to starting so you can return it if needed. It’s a great toy, my son loves it but now we are at a standstill with the missing train part.
