Disappointing birthday kit
This package was a big disappointment for me, I was really excited to get this and set everything up. the day of the party i opened the package just to find out you had to assemble the banners and tassels yourself, which i did not end up using because i had to time to do, the entire reason of me buying this pack was to already have the decorations ready to go and set up which was not the case. Balloons were really nice and fun but once i added helium to them none of them would even float they all feel to the ground. If you like to put things together then this kit is for you, if your looking for quick and easy decorations this is not the pack for you.
