I ordered the cream color-- it arrived exactly as pictured. Opaque, off-white stones (very close to white, just like the picture), with silver-tone settings and a silver chain and clasp. The chain and clasp are plastic, but for the price, that doesn't bother me. It shipped very quickly via China Post and arrived way ahead of the expected date.
