Whitmor Double Closet Rod - Heavy Duty Closet Organizer- Chrome

I hung this rod in my office room closet that is used like an overflow closet for my whole family. It has all sizes in it, from my 3 year old son and 6 year old daughters, plus some of my husband and I's clothes. It has been a huge help in expanding space, and the capacity of clothes this closet can hold. It does hang a little long, but it does still hold a men's pair of jeans without touching the ground. It is perfect for pants, or really any little kids clothes. I wish I had bought one of these years ago when my kids were babies and I had a ton of their little clothes that were hard to fit all on one closet rod. It is wider than I thought it would be, but it is perfect and really holds a lot of clothes. I didn't even pack it tight, it could hold quite a bit more clothes that what is hung on it in my picture. The first one I ordered was missing the rubber coating on one of the hooks that helps keep it from slipping, so I called Amazon customer service (the one I bought was sold by them). They were very helpful, apologized, and sent me another one with one day shipping. The second one was perfect. Thats what I call customer service! I am very glad I bought this closet rod, it has helped my spring cleaning & organization efforts immensely. I will probably buy more for my other closets. Just make sure to measure the width of your closet if you have a skinny closet to make sure this will fit.

Used these to revamp closet space with spending a ton of money on an organizing system and it has definitely helped. Haven’t had any issues with durability.

This works great for the purpose I bought it for. It is long enough to space kids clothes and dresses without overlapping or touching the floor. It isn't adjustable which means adult clothes will overlap and scoot along the floor when you're looking through your clothes. I'd recommend adjustable height for long clothing items or adult clothing.

I have the tiniest closet in the world. My house is 100 years old and closets are the size of a broom closet. I bought this since I'm nowhere near a remodel anytime soon. It was easy to install, super easy to assemble, like take the rubber ends off, slide together, poof ready to go. The hardest part was pulling all my stuff out and re-hanging. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and gave all my skirts and pants a place of their own. Love this thing so much thank you!

Very happy with this product. My 3.5 year old daughter loves to do things by herself and would get frustrated that she couldn't hang up her own clothes or pick them off the rod that was too high for her. This was super easy to install and she loves it! Highly recommend. I second the other reviews that mentioned measuring -- this works well for a child's dresses but wouldn't for longer clothes

I have an old house with TINY closets. This was a great way to make more room for clothing and still have space on the sides for other long items

Works as it should. My 2 "issues" little smaller than I thought it would be in length and in order to get the hooks on you have to remove a rubber end and now that end keeps sliding off and the hook will fall... once you have it all adjusted it's fine but I had to adjust it a little after I put some clothes on it and that side would easily pop off. So you just have to make sure no clothes on it and get it where you want first

Love this thing. We all have them in our closets. Love the straight bar across model, not the one with individual sections.

It is made of a strong material, very easy to install.

La compre para tener más espacio donde colgar ropa en mi closet y funciona perfecto, ahora puedo almacenar el doble de ropa en el mismo espacio. Solo tuve que engancharlo al tubo principal del closet y eso fue todo. Es resistente y la verdad es que no se ve nada mal, el metal cromado le da una apariencia muy estética.

I wasnt expecting much from this. But it’s really quite sturdy.Such better organisation in my little boys room. Lots of space on the rail and doesn’t move around too much
