I discovered this product about 15 years ago & no where near menopause. What I did suffer with though was endometriosis & tremendous menstral cramps to the point of putting me to bed for two or three DAYS at a time. It was horrible. I searched for anything and everything I could to get through every month without so much pain. Along with the pain came, yes, you got it, the infamous PMS. Well of course, what would one expect when you have to go through this month after month. I really like this menopause multivitamin—it's been effective and has helped me feel more balanced. The ingredients are high quality, and I've noticed a positive difference since starting them. However, the biggest downside is that it's constantly out of stock! It's frustrating to find a product that works so well, only to struggle to get it when I need it. If they can keep it consistently available, this would easily be a 5-star product.

I had a hysterectomy several years ago and was on hormone replacement therapy, which worked well. A few years ago I developed a blood clot after hip replacement surgery and could no longer take anything with estrogen because of the risk of developing more blood clots. After that I started experiencing multiple hot flashes every day and there were some additional adverse menopausal symptoms. My sister told me about Profema and it sounded like the answer to my problem. She has been taking it for a few years and said that she has no symptoms. I ordered a bottle thinking the same would be true for me. I was VERY wrong! Not only did this product NOT eliminate hot flashes, it also brought on migraine headaches, sometimes two a day. I had only been using it for a week and was in much worse shape than before. As soon as I stopped taking it, my migraines subsided. Please, please do not take this product without consulting your doctor. If you are already prone to having migraines, definitely do not use this product.
