Heats up faster than others I've tried, but no selection for different levels of heat. Still, the one's just fine. If I need to let it cool, I just switch it off, then back on. Having the built in light means I don't have to carry a separate flashlight, although, here again, only one brightness. Still it's good enough for most uses. Having used other devices by the same maker, I am sure this one will give me many years of service.

I ordered two of these. One for my husband and one for a gift for a friend. My hubby was bragging it up to the friend and now I have to give it to him before Christmas! Love it....it gets really warm and it helps for hunting season!UPDATE! Have since ordered one of these for just about everyone on my Christmas list! These things are great!!!

I've been using chemical hand warmers and hate the waste created by using them daily. I have Raynaud's syndrome and need to keep my fingers warm in order to function outside. These rechargeables get every bit as warm as Hot Hands and last for as long as I've needed them. The only weakness is the on/off slide switch. It is a little piece of plastic pressed onto the actual switch. The switch is a micro switch like you might find on a circuit board. One that you have to use a paperclip to push it on or off. I had it fall off my 2nd unit after 3 days of use. I'm in the process of returning it for a new one.

I bought 2 of these & the switch fell off on both within the first week I had them. I tried to put them back on but they wouldn't stay. It does have a bright light & puts off some nice heat but I either have to have something small enough to get into the little hole to turn it on or risk breaking a nail.

I love this little heater. It keeps my hands warm in the winter. The only flaw I have seen is, I dropped it and it broke the power switch off. I can still use it by using my fingernail or pen to switch it on and off. My hands are more comfortable in the winter now!

I've bought a LOT of disposable hand warmers over recent years. This rechargeable unit ought to provide a more flexible and less expensive way to warm my fingers. It heats up faster than disposable hand warmers once it's charged. Shipping was faster than expected--got it in time for Christmas. Thank you.

And response from seller TrueToSource US: snap it back in and it won't fall out again!?!?! Great logic here guys, switch fell out under normal usage, pop it back in and it will never happen again???

These are great! I gave these to my son and his Hockey family, they love them. Son uses them for both handwarmer and uses the flashlight when coming home late to find his way not to wake his wife. They lasted through 2 hockey games last weekend. Grandson like that they charge his cell phone. Very good product, will but again.
