Columbia's short sleeve fishing shirt comes in many size categories and colors. To ensure the size you choose is right, utilize our sizing chart and the following measurement instructions: For the sleeves, start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the elbow. If you come up with a partial number, round up to the next even number. For the chest, measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level. About Omni-Shade Technology Columbia's Omni-Shade clothing protects you from damaging UV radiation by blocking the majority of the sun's harmful rays, letting you stay out longer on sunny days. Unlike SPF (Sun Protection Factor)--which is a measure of sunburn reduction from sunblock and protects you from UVA rays--Columbia's Omni-Shade products are far more versatile, combining a tight-weave construction, UV reflectors, and UV absorbing technology. These features not only prevent sunburns and long-term skin damage, but they also protect the wearer from UVB rays in addition to UVA rays. UVB rays are much more harmful than UVA, and are present even on cloudy days. Plus, Omni-Shade doesn't wear off. Instead, your safety increases as the Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) increases. Several layers of Omni-Shade protection are available: UPF 15, UPF 30, UPF 40, and UPF 50-plus. It's like sunscreen, but you don't have to reapply. Great for warm weather travel and outdoor activities, but still look nice for casual occasions.
Love these nylon shirts. Great for warm weather travel. Can be washed out by hand. They dry quickly if the weather isn't too humid, but will usually drive overnight even if somewhat humid. If you don't ring them out, hang them wet, and smooth out the fabric with your hands, they are quite presentable to wear without any ironing. The back yoke is vented. Front breast pockets have Velcro to secure the flaps and drain holes in case you go in the drink. Button-down collar. So many colors to choose from too and I've received many complements from friends and strangers when wearing a pleasant bright color. The shirt's color will fade slightly after repeated washing, but you could minimize this by not machine washing. The slight fading is not a big deal in my opinion for a pastel casual travel shirt. Obviously, you won't have that issue with white or some of the very dark colors. These shirts are very light to pack and can be rolled and placed in packing cubes. I'm hoping Columbia keeps making these for some time to come. Last word - these shirts run a bit large. I usually like to purchase all my shirts in size 'Large' since I prefer my shirts a bit loose fitting, but in the case of these Bahama II shirts, I've order them in size Medium and they fit perfectly.. Still loose fitting, but not overly big. I suggest ordering one size smaller than you usually wear.

Great Style & Fit
I have 4 other Tamiami II short sleeve shirts that are always my go to. The material is great for hot weather. I am 6' 215lbs with an old man stomach, and the large fits like most XL shirts. I accidentally ordered this Bahama II and almost cancelled the order. Glad now that I didn't cancel. The fit seems to be a bit more snug than the Tamiami II. The material is not quite as thin but still very nice and cool. I like the pocket flaps to give a bit different style at times. I always wear the shirt tail out, and it is plenty long for that. I did get the white so only time will tell how long it keeps its clean look. I would like to have another few colors of the Bahama II. No way to go wrong with Columbia brand. Awesome shirt
I'm so glad I read the reviews first before buying, the shirt is one size larger than normal, I'm 6'2" 200lbs and I bought a Medium and it fits perfect with room to spare, so trust me when I tell you to definitely order a size down, i tried the Large on in store and it looked like a tent on me so I'm happy with Medium for sure, Columbia PFG shirts are meant to be a LITTLE roomy on you for breathability, the shirt is definitely wide regardless of the size you get, my only minor complaint is that it wrinkles really bad so you'll have to iron it or throw it in the dryer for about 10-15 minutes to get the wrinkles out before wearing it, other than that great shirt!

When a suburban guy wants to look like an adventurer, he buys this shirt
I like adventures, but I am a suburban guy who doesn't like heights. I bought this shirt so that I would fit in when I traveled on a seminar in the Rocky mountains. Everyone there believed that I knew what I was talking about when the conversation turned towards adventuring and such. I also like to wear the shirt when traveling in general. It breaths well on airplanes. I sometimes fish and might wear it when I go fishing. If I ever really adventure, then I know the shirt to wear.

Attractive & protects from sun
Due to too much sun during youth, my husband has regular appointments with dermatologists and really needed protection from the sun. I bought one of these shirts and he really likes it as it is cool (we live in TX) light weight and it is attractive. I just purchased two more in different colors - - so that he will have some sun protection as well asbe comfortably cooler this summer.

Cool shirt
I am giving the shirt 4 instead of 5 stars strictly on the basis of looks. I am not a fan of the shoulder flap (or whatever it is called) on the back. These shirts are comfortable. I ordered an XL (44 inch chest and around an honest 37 or so inch waist) and returned for a Large. I would also prefer that the tails of the shirt were more tapered and were cut to be flat at the bottom. But overall, a comfortable casual shirt for high weather. Certainly cooler than most other shirts. So 5 stars for function and 3 for fashion.

great expedition shirts
I've used these types of shirts for over 10 years, they are wash and wear, easy to care for, and have UV blockers. The fit is correct for size on the loose side, not fitted. This is the first time I tried this brand. I prefer loose fit to help it breathe, as even if 'cool', the non-cotton materials do feel hot in the high of summer. The assembly quality is first rate, or all seams and buttons, and would buy these again. I bought 4 of various colors over a 2 week time, as on sale! No cons, you get what you see.

It's not the coolest material Columbia has made
Silver Ridge and Tamiami are much better for cool and dry shirts. This is too thick for temps in humidity above say 85 - 90. In other words, not good for the weather in THE BAHAMAS. Who is the staffer who named this one Bahama and the thinner one Silver Ridge when they should be reversed? Anyway, a little expensive for what you get, but prices have gone way up since 2017 for some reason or another.,

0% algodón. Puro poliéster
Soy excursionista y compré esta camisa porque en la descripción decía que estaba hecha de algodón. El dato no es correcto y es poliéster. Yo vivo en Tabasco, un estado muy caluroso y este material no me funciona. La camisa es muy bonita y bien hecha, pero la utilizaré como obsequio. Recomiendo que se fijen bien en este tipo de detalles para no confundir al comprador. Gracias

Ojo con el color y talla.
Excelente calidad para uso en exteriores.Ojo me fui con la finta que es gris pero ya que me llegó vi que era negra y hasta que releí la descripción lo noté.También consideren que las tallas de esta marca son muy amplias.Soy mexicanoMido 1.81 y peso 94 kgs. Y la talla L me quedo algo amplia, la talla M me quedó a la perfección.Muy recomendable.

Fits sooo big!
This runs soooo big! It took a little bit of time to come in, which is understandable but it’s for a birthday this week so it came in too late for me to order another one and it also is not on sale anymore. They’re great shirts and it’s a nice light material but size down!!! This definitely will not fit, hopefully I will return and be able to see if they go on sale to get a different size soon.

La talla es ligeramente mas grande de lo que pense que seria, pero en general el producto es muy bueno, el color es lo que esperaba, como recomendacion las tallas Americanas a los Mexicanos nos van algo grandes, consideren pedir tallas pequeñas o extra pequeñas si les gusta esta marca, lo que si es que en calidad son inmejorables

Nice shirt well made and comfortable fitting
This is my 2nd Columbia Bahama shirt and I enjoy wearing it in the nice weather, it wicks away perspiration and washes up well looking great for each wearing. I can recommend the Columbia Bahama shirt and will order again.

Super light weight and very comfortable. As soon as my husband put it on he asked me to order more. They are half the price that we need to pay here.

Producto altamente recomendado
a camisa es cómoda, el color me gusto mucho y el material se percibe de calidad tal y como lo esperaba de la marca. El único inconveniente es que la talla viene un poco grande, pero en general estoy satisfecho con mi compra.

Grancamisa, fresca, cómoda y de muy buena calidad. Ten en cuenta que viene amplia, la talla L me queda suelta, quizá sería mejor la talla M.

Excelente camisa vivo en la Playa es una excelente camisa fresca y cómoda adamas es muy presentable, solo un tip es una marca de ropa grande yo en otras marcas uso L o hasta XL en esta compro mediana y me queda muy bien.

got this for my boyfriend for christmas, it great since they dont see black in store . i got a large for him and it does fit nice in the shoulders but it is big in the belly area, doesnt look bad though, would buy another one
