I read all of the reviews about this crushed peppermint. It is really delicious and perfect for baked goods and candy. I made the peppermint bark recipe on the back of the package. It came out absolutely divine. Not sticky! Perfect size little pieces. You could crush it more with a rolling pin if needed. It's very pretty, as well. I will continue to buy from this seller. Package is 8 ounces, but it's quite a lot. I'd say it's worth every penny and reasonably priced.

Each year I make Peppermint Biscotti for Christmas. I used to have to unwrap all the candy canes individually, then put them in a Cuisinart and crush them myself. It was a mess. Then I found these. Already crushed! Game changer. SOOO easy. Made my baking a ton easier. Buy them all the time. Fantastic taste as well!

I mean when you don't want to crush a million candy canes, just buy them. These are great around the rim of a glass or just in hot chocolate. Taste amazing.

I buy these to make homemade peppermint ice cream during the holidays. They are perfect! AND they have no red 40—which is a must-have since my father-in-law is very allergic to it. Apparently, more and more people are becoming sensitive to red 40 and I can't tell you how hard it is to find peppermint candy canes / candy cane bits without red 40. But here you go! Fresh, delicious, and a great value.

Bought for Hot Chocolate bar. I was pleased these came in and were NOT clumped together like others I've had in the past. perfect size crush. Great for Hot Chocolate, Peppermint bark, and baking.

I ordered these as a topping for a hot cocoa bar. The ingredients are much cleaner than other brands, which is why I chose them. They were just pepperminty enough without overwhelming the palate. It didn’t take much more than a spoonful (I used the larger size of the two spoons that came with our IKEA flatware) sprinkle to add delightful peppermint flavor to a cup of cocoa. They didn’t all melt in the cocoa, which was fine because they came crushed at a small enough size to add a nice crunch. I would order these again. They’d be great for brownie toppings, chocolate covered pretzel rods and bark as well.

I was disappointed that the dominantly color is white, from the inside of the peppermint stick. I’m using this to top peppermint lattes and peppermint hot chocolate, and “redder” specks would look better on the whipped cream. Last year I used the “Unpretentious” brand, with redder specks and a shaker top (ASIN=B08PCDZ752). I’ll go back to that brand next year.
