The media could not be loaded. I've had neck pain for a while. I usually use 2 down pillows but they don't seem to give enough support.Also I sweat when I sleep. So when we came across this type of pillow, we decided to give it a go.After a few nights using of this pillow, there definitely more support and the slightly cool feeling of the waffle is quiet comfortable in use. I quite enjoy this pillow, also my neck seem to be less painful.

This is the most i have ever spent on a single pillow so I was expecting great things!.It was recommended by amazon and the reviews looked great.Comes folded in a box and needs about 30 minutes to expand to size.the pillow is very dense and heavy and very soft.I didnt use it the first night as the chemical smell (same as all memory foam stuff) was just to strong ,left it to air for 24hours.Used it the next night on its own and I found it to soft and flat for me to sleep well.The following night I tried it with a pillow underneath and this was the key for me ,slept really soundly for the last few nights, really comfortable and soft but supportive if that makes sense.Pillow returns to shape straight away, would recommended!

I actually bought this pillow to take with me for sleeping in the truck. I use a CPAP mask/machine for my sleep apnea and I found the regular type pillows cause air leaks with the mask as I sleep on my side and my head sinks into the pillow. But these memory foam ones are wonderful. No more mask leaks and they are incredibly comfortable. Even if you’re not a sleep apnea sufferer and are just looking for a new pillow, try this one. I sleep great on it.

Cool and nice feel, but it gives me neck ache. I'm a side sleeper and I think it's a bit high.

I had lots of doubts regarding this pillow because I didn't know the brand, and the previous (a lot more expensive) Simba pillow turned out to be so-so.So glad I decided to give it a try! The best pillow I've ever had. If you're on the fence like I was, just go ahead and buy it.The pillowcase is fantastic as well, with the cool and the warm side. Simply love it.

The smell was awful for 3 days but now is ok.Is nice to sleep on it and the white side is always cooler than the black side.The pillow I got is very soft and does not seems to be a memory foam since it never keeps the shape for even a little even. Compared to a basic amazon memory foam that it stays pressed for few seconds this one has a fast response.

Wish had bought this pillow months ago. Arthritis in my neck was so painful. I couldn't find a pillow that was supportive but not hard. Was so tired of turning pillows and shaking them up every night. Then waking up after a restless night with pain in my neck.What a joy this pillow is. Supportive and firm but not hard on one side and softer but still supporting my neck on the other side. They said that the black side was the cool side but I found the white side seemed cooler to me which was so nice.

My osteopath recommended I try a latex pillow & I chose this one.I got one for my partner too & we both agree they are more comfortable than our old pillows.Quite firm which was nice, we use them on top of 1 old flattish pillow as recommended by my osteopath & my neck pain has reduced considerably
