The Adtrek® extending hiking/walking poles are fantastic for anyone who wants to take a walk around the countryside, mountains etc. The anti-shock feature is great when descending steep hills or to save elbow strain. The poles have removable ferrules and snow baskets. The snow baskets can be attached to the base of the pole, these are designed to prevent the poles sinking in soft ground or the snow. Comfortable grips with adjustable wrist straps. These also have a small integrated compass included. They can be fully extended from 65cm (25.5") to 135cm (53"), to suit your needs. Due to being telescopic these can be put neatly away when they are not in use. These poles are lightweight but extremely strong.
