Nice, small, easy to swallow. Taking one daily brought my D3 up into the acceptable range on my blood work and keeps it in range.

Help becoming Vit. D deficient!
After learning I'm Vit. D deficient, and after taking prescriptions strength Vit. D. weekly for 3 months, this is my go-to on a daily basis. It's better to stay out of harmful sun rays that will age you fast and could potentially cause malignancies, and take this supplement than the former. Don't underestimate the ill effects a Vit. D deficiency can have on you - this is a pure form with sufficient IU's/mg to be of value.

Nice product for more Vitamin D
My doctor said that I needed more Vitamin D, so I searched Amazon and found this product which seemed to be well made and had lots of positive reviews. It is small and easy to swallow, which is of a concern to me. At my next checkup, the doctor said my levels were good, so I can recommend this product with confidence.

Good supplement. Increased my Vitamin D levels from 30 to 100. 2,000 IU is the perfect dose daily for most people.

I looked up several brands before choose to buy this one. I was getting tired more easily and figured I need D3 in combination with other vitamins and minerals I take. My energy is coming back and I feel great! I will be taking D3 from now on everyday, except sunny summer days. But in cold winters we all need extra boost! I do recommend this product for others =) Oh, and did I mention price is great and delivery was speedy also =) Be well every one!
