Seikei Bistro Ice Cream Spoons Tea, Coffee, or Dessert Long Handle Stainless Steel 4-spoon Set

I really needed some longer teaspoons. They come in handy, for stirring in long glasses... finishing your milkshake to make sure you get every drop. lol.. I had some long teaspoons, where are they now?...who knows. I find silverware disappears.. so strange!Anyway, these are nice and dishwasher safe. They are not overly ornate, which I wanted, that way they fit in with my more modern stainless steel set of silverware. I didn't need an entire place setting for 8 or anything like that. Just a few to have for those times when a longer spoons is the perfect think you need. I give them a thumbs up and a sincere recommendation as a good purchase.

We love eating with the long elegant 'iced tea' style spoons. For some reason they make things more fun... ice cream, yogurt, smoothies, etc. We thought we were getting some nice stainless steel 'fountain' spoons, but what we received was a four pack of spoons that are so flimsy feeling and so super duper light that they probably are not even going to stand up to spooning out some dense ice cream. That's not good for us. We feel the price is too high for the quality.If all you want is to stir up some ice tea, fancy iced coffee, or your next root beer float... and want something extremely light in weight, you might actually like these.Before purchasing, please view the photo we've included of one of these spoons vs a real nice solid (yet still quite elegant and dainty) stainless steel iced tea spoon. Big difference right? We're going to keep on looking for something more like that.

The spoons I received were not the same as pictured in the sellers ad. My spoons are much thinner and looked very fragile. The main reason I selected these from the many advertised competitors is because I thought the head from the one pictured was much bigger then the others. It was not any different and for only 4 spoons they were clearly over priced and was of average quality. I recommend, not to buy from this seller, who purposely mislead buyers.

Nice, quality, long spoon for a Root Beer Float, Iced tea or coffee; anything in a glass that needs stirring or spooning.. Good handle where you need it. Not a scoop, but an nice size spoon bowl to savor their treat, just a bit less than a teaspoon. Good also for digging to the bottom of a freeze-dried meal pouch, although a bit bigger spoon bowl would be better. Good follow up on the order by the seller.

I ordered these bistro ice cream/tea spoons after having purchased a set of four of the Seikei soup spoons and being impressed with the fit and finish of this seller's product. The tea spoons are true to the Seikei quality. They are well made and elegant. They will make a fine addition to any table setting or casual gathering.

After using these for a while, I like them. I was skeptical about how they would hold up because of the thin handles, but so far they have done OK. They probably would not be good for hard ice cream however. Nice finish with the exception that one of the 4 I ordered had a fairly sharp, unfinished edge on the handle, a quality control issue.

These somewhat light, grayish, shiny iced tea spoons have a relatively shallow, wide spoon making a wonderful spoon for cereal, ice cream, and efficient tea stirring. The flared handle ( 9/16" max wide ) facilitates easy control of the spoon. Well balanced with smooth edges and at about $3 each, this spoon is a winner !

I bought these to prevent the mess that is made from eating ice cream with a teaspoon. These are certainly high quality spoons, but I got the impression from all the good reviews that these spoons were very durable. They are more durable than the average cafeteria spoon, but not as durable as the strongest ice cream spoon I've used. If you are using these to eat ice cream fresh out of the freezer, you will likely be able to bend the spoon by virtue of the fact that they are medium strength and extra long.
