New Boys Girls Kids Snow Boots Waterproof Thermal Wellingtons Fur Winter

I bought 2 pairs of these boots for my children on the 5th April 2018. They used them for the first time over the weeekend (26th May 2018) to walk in the rain. They were absolutely useless and in no way waterproof whatsoever. My children’s feet were soaked within minutes of walking. I contacted the company to request a refund as the product does not do what is claims and was dismissed with an email saying ‘returns period expired’ and my return request has been closed. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERCICE AND A PRODUCT NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Classic "You get what you pay for". Buy cheap and buy twice. Nice looking boots, quite bulky for little ones to walk in. But after 4 weeks of use the stitching has ripped around the toe area. So rendering them useless. Not waterproof at all. My son can walk through long wet grass and ends up with soggy socks. Oh well. Not really practical for intended use. Pay more is my advice.

Kept my little girl's feet dry and warm during heavy rain. However, they did not come with insoles. At all. With a very hard rubber bottom, they were very uncomfortable for my girl to wear. Luckily I picked up some padded insoles from a local shop to tackle this problem. Still have to wonder who supplies boots without insoles these days?

I have tried to contact you unsuccessfully , the boots looked great and were delivered really fast. However I have just gone to put them on my son to discover I have been sent 2 left feet. So they are unusable. Dissapointing to say the least. So the left boot fits as expected but who knows about the right!

To be honest, I did use a rainstop spray before handing them to my son. This is what I always do (better safe than sorry). He loved them, felt good wearing them and we haven't had any problems fooling around in snow (almost 50 cm deep) for a few hours. We are very happy that we bought them!

These arrived quickly and seemed to stand up to the wear and tear of a 2 week ski trip with daily use. They will outlast my child's growing feet and were good value for the price

Very reasonable boots which seem to be comfy. I brought these for my 4 yr old son who is very hyper mobile. He needs support for his ankles and these work well.One review said they don't have insoles but the pair I brought had fleece soft insoles

Well made, i went up half a size to allow for fleece inside and welly socks. Fit brilliant and the little one could even bounce on the trampoline with them on!
