Good.
They are N-type MOSFETS. They work as they should. No BS.

100% functional and apparently real
When I received these I immediately tested them for basic function and they all worked. Then I tested the voltage drop on a few and calculated the R(on) resistance to be ~0.0360 using a Fluke 87V multimeter for measurement. The datasheet says R(on) should be 0.035 so given my less-than-lab-grade test setup I'm going to say that's fine and these are probably authentic.

These are terrible MOSFETs
I had a few of this same type of MOSFET on hand that I got from SparkFun from Fairchild. I was running low as I had used several on other projects and needed more. Every single one of these that I've used has fried after being switched on/off a few times with currents as low as 200mA. I probably blew through 5 of these in a row, and then when I tested the more official ones from SparkFun, they all worked fine. These are clearly counterfit. Don't waste your money. I also had run them through one of those neat parts testers before/after failure. Before they register as a mosfet, and afterwards two low-value resistors in series. They fail closed circuit!

Some tested bad
Shipping was ok but 6 of them tested bad so if i can get 6 replacement ill update my review

Description said 10pcs, only nine MOSFETs arrived in package
When I opened the package, there were only 9 MOSFETs. I was expecting 10. I didn't need 10, but I still would have preferred to have the extra since I paid for it.
