Nice organic noodles that are lectin-free. Taste great.
Tastes great and is lectin-free. Great for someone wanting to go that route. I can eat it on Keto too in moderation so it is a nice treat. I prefer it as noodles with a sauce vs in a soup. Great brand that offers organic millet. Love that.

Healthy & Tasty
I like my noodles ala'dente. The instructions say to cook the noodles for 7 minutes, it made the noodles very mushy & it stuck together like a lump. I tried them again, I cooked the noodles for 5.5 minutes & it held the ramen noodles shape & Wasn't mushy. I removed the noodles from the water & placed them in another container & added my toppings. The noodles are very dainty & thin. It's healthy & tasty. Not hearty, but need to cook 2 package portions to compare with a normal size ramen noodles package. Great size for watching portion control.

A rare healthy, tasty alternative to conventional ramen
Millet and quinoa are the only two grains I'll eat given my autoimmune issues. I missed ramen and all noodles terribly and these millet noodles are a GOD SEND. They are a staple in my pantry! I always bulk buy (60 packs) as I go through lots of them each week. Quality is consistent and good. The key is not to overboil, especially if you have a strong gas stove like mine. Also, a quick rinse with cold water in a colander after it's done helps to avoid the ramen from getting soggy. Then quickly toss in some sesame oil (if you're using) or broth to avoid the noodles hardening or sticking together. Those little tweaks help to create a better ramen experience!

Product itself gets 5 stars, minus 2 for inaccurate description and deceptive listing
For the ramen itself: it’s great, great taste and good texture, slightly less firm that normal ramen. It’s very starchy so I do recommend preparing broth separately and discarding the water you prepare the ramen in. Now on to the product listing and pricing: I originally purchased the one 5 pack for $8. I liked them so when I purchased again, purchased the three packs option for $24, so should have received three 5 packs. Instead I received one large 12 pack. So I received 3 less than I expected that I paid for. If you look at the sellers reviews, you’ll see this has happened multiple times, so the way they are listing the purchase options is inaccurate and deceptive. Moral of the story, if you want to buy more than one 5 pack, just increase the quantity rather than buying the bulk option. Otherwise, you’re getting ripped off.

Incorrect cooking directions and turns into ball of slime
I would not recommend this product to anyone. Instructions on how to cook is way way too off. If you boil this 8 minutes the noodles will become block of slime ball. Ive tried 3 or 4 different cooking methods and times and I gave up, not worth the time and effort. Waste of money. It was always way too undercooked or overcooked into slime. If you are going to give it a try cook much less time but would not recommend it unless you are willing to risk it. I wish I can ask for refund or at the very least correct way to cook it
