The Medial & Lateral Heel Wedge Silicone Insoles are designed to provide corrective support for various foot conditions, including supination and pronation. With a dual-thickness design, these insoles help restore proper body balance while alleviating pressure on the heels. Made from soft, breathable gel, they are reusable and compatible with most shoe types, making them a versatile solution for foot pain relief.

Place under the inner sole.
These work well. I suggest placing them under the innersole.

Effective but difficult to correctly position
Though they have proven to be effective, getting them positioned was a long process of trial and error. I bought them to help with over-pronation but when I put them in, their thickness ended up turning my foot toward the outside. I then had to use my second set to correct that so I ended up with them basically cradling my foot into position. I wear orthotic insoles over them so they're still comfortable. Without the insoles, however. I don't think they would be as comfortable - too lumpy since I had to use both pairs. One huge pro is they have fantastic adhesion even if you have to move them a few times. Once they're where you want them, they stay there! In the end, they have proven helpful, but be aware that placing them correctly for your "foot fit" isn't as easy as they make it sound.

Sciatic relief? Excellent value, but slip around in shoe unless you velcro
08Jan2020 Update: After two days of using the heel insoles for a couple hours at a time, I note that the muscles in the lower back have really opened up, as have the pelvic/abdominal muscles associated with lumbar and sacral spine. Also, unlike what I’ve experienced frequently with an adjustment to body mechanics, there have not been many of the aches or pains associated with this posture adjustment.Supination they say is associated with sciatic pain, and in the past, I’ve had my share of that. Perhaps the posture also led to my father’s and grandmother’s debilitating sciatica in later life. It would be great if I’ve found a work-around for that awful pain!First post: Great value, 3 pairs for a good price. However, the shoes I want to use these lifts in do not have an insole I can pull back. Thus, it’s not possible to wedge the lifts in between sole and insole. Inserting them into the shoes without attachment leaves them to slide around. I attached the wedges with Velcro and so far, so good.Immediately I can see how they, at a stand, turn my supinated feet inward. And from my experience, that is a tremendous help with low back pain and also my left-sided hip, neck, and jaw pain. Hope the inserts maintain their shape and do not compress.

Work but rather narrow and adessive so-so
Pro - They seem to add just the correct amount of medial heel wedging for me.Con - Narrow. Seem to be designed for a woman's heel width. Adhesive minimal I have to be careful that the insert does not move when I put the shoe on. I am going to try a 3M sticky pad to see if that helps. Not sure I would buy again. Will perhaps try another brand/seller.

Comfort
I thought they would be uncomfortable but they are very comfortable and I can feel the difference in the way I walk

Pleasantly Surprised that these DO Make a Difference!
Aa postal employee City Carrier Assistant, I do a LOT of walking and noticed that my footwear was wearing down, quite badly, on the outer heel surface (therefore identifying me as a supinator). Because I wanted my footwear to wear more evenly, and last longer, I decided to purchase these wedges to see if they would correct my problem. To be honest, I did’t think that they would be great, since they weren’t a full insert, but I was pleasantly surprised. I really don’t feel them in my shoes but I DO feel that they correct my supination problem. I just purchased a new pair of boots to wear while working, and put these in before I even wore them the first time, so that I would see how much of a difference they make on heel wear, compared to my last pair of boots. I will try and remember to update my review when I ha e used them for at least a month or two but, at least for now, I like them. The adhesion is ok, it I have had one insert come off when I took my food out of the boot at the end of the day, it had no problem reinserting it (pushing down hard to adhere) and haven’t had that happen again. Overall, for the great price (remember your get 3 PAIRS of inserts) I would recommend giving these a try if you supinate (or pronate, you just place them in the opposite way). Here’s hoping my shoes last longer because of these and my ankles get strengthen do to being properly aligned! The pictures show the inserts in my new boots, a picture of the extensive heel wear on the outer surface of my old boots, and the unworn heels on my new boots. When I update my review, I will post another picture of the heels on the new boots to show how they are wearing.

Great Product
This is my second review. I gave my first review 2 stars because I only receive 2 pairs of inserts instead of 3. The customer service saw my review and immediately sent me a new package. Five huge stars to their customer service. Now, as far as the product. I have been wearing shoe inserts for the past 20 years, without them my legs start to hurt while walking. I have ordered many different types, some leather, some plastic, some ???? This is the first time I bought from this company and it will not be the last. The inserts are great quality and I am sure they will last a long time. I like the feel of them in my shoes and they are the perfect walking level. These inserts are well worth the price.

I think it is working
My legs were bowed every since I can remembered. Last year, I had bunion surgery. After the surgery, I had to wear the recovery boots and I was babying the big toe. So I put more weight on outside of my feet all the way up to the hip. Legs have been in pain. After this item was delivered, I put it in the shoes and wear them through out the days. It seems to help reduce the pain. I also like that it is a silicone type and it sticks to the shoes but it’s not a tape. So it is easy to remove and put it in different shoes without damaging the insole. I have tried it in the sandals. It does stay in place. I think with the Bosh weight, it makes it stick to the surface more.I will update later how it is helping my pain or not.
