Oberm Men's Trail Running Shoes Minimalist Wide Toe Box Barefoot Trainers Water Shoes

Got these for hubby because he needed new sneakers. But sneakers for him are usually pricey bc his foot is a 13.5, but we can't find that size so we buy size 14. These shoes fit him just right and he says they're comfy. His foot measures about 11.75".We had our growing teenage son try them on, they are about an inch too long for his foot. But he loved them and asked for a pair. Since he's about to be 14 y\o and still growing, I am going to order the size 14 for him too in a different color so we can tell which pair of shoes below to each of them 😁😉. And hoping he will grow into them and we won't have to buy new shoes until the next school year begins. Haha our son's foot measures about 10.5" long and would probably fit the size 13 well, but not leave much room for growth (he's nearly 6' tall and he won't be 14 till next month. His dad is 6'2"). So we highly recommend these shoes.(I also got myself a pair, from a different company. And our almost 17 yr old daughter tried mine on and wants a pair too but 1 size smaller than mine since her feet are about .75" shorter than my feet).

I began wearing them in Summer of 2022 for the work and throughout the summer and early into that fall. I learned I have one pant leg longer than the other or my hips are out of whack.Also, the sole by the ball of the foot cracked open and obviously water got in and left me with soggy socks on rainy days. I wish they lasted longer. I would have used super glued it shut but theoretically it wouldn't last long because I tend to spontaneously sprint across Hospital floors. I would recommend them again but they are no longer available.

I own a couple of different Vibram 5-Finger pairs of shoes (trail shoes, water shoes). I didn't want to pay that much this time, so I tried these. I am really satisfied. I have run (at my turtle pace) and walked in these for several months. They are holding up well. They are easier to get into than my 5F and actually more comfortable for me. I am a toe-dragger and it is painful when my toes are scraping the pavement/trail in my 5F. On these, the rubber covers the entire tip of your toe so no problem. I have a problem with heal pain, so I used double-sided carpet tape to add some heal cushions. Works perfectly.

The comfort of the shoe was good til I took them off. They had rubbed my ankle bone til it had swollen all around it. I think it is a flaw in the shoe where two pieces are put together. But for that I would have worn them every day. Might try a different style,

4 stars is for deciding to cut off the heel loop for comfort. Other than that annoyance, they've done a good job, and holding up very nicely. I actually almost can't stand wearing regular running shoes to work anymore after these (moving side to side on a production line). UPDATE: Bought another pair of these in the blue after trying another option for replacement & immediately sending them back. I'm staying with these unless I commit to one of the higher dollar brands. 9 months in the first pair & still working great!

So comfy!! Right away the fit was perfect, like a thick heavy duty pair of socks. The fabric material is well stitched, yet flexible and the rubber sole has a solid grip. The ability to tighten the strings without needing to tie them is really convenient, quick and easy to use. 3 out of 5 for the arch support which is perfect for me. Being flat footed with long toes and bunion pain, the wide design and stretchy fabric makes long distance walks heavenly.

These cute shoes fit like gloves and are well constructed. Love the sock top. I trail run on rocks and they perform very well. I have many of these so I am never without when one pair wears out. I’ve had them last a year with near daily hiking so for the price they are a bargain. And the barefoot feel is great. They are rather slippy on loose, fine rock but the tread is great for solid rock or other surfaces. These are the best fitting minimalist, barefoot shoes I’ve ever had. If you are not going to be wearing socks, order a half size or size smaller so they hug your foot well. You don’t want a sloppy fit. Love these shoes!!!
