I have had these bands for over a year and a half and they've worked great, however they are starting to wear down a bit but that seems normal. They are perfect for someone simply using them to warm up and do the occasional booty band workout with. I was using them almost daily over covid so that is probably why they are starting to stretch. I will say, they are super comfy and do not slip or roll.

Gonna start out by saying that I love having these bands. They're a great asset to add to my lower-body workouts, especially since I'm going to be stuck at home for a while. I've been using these for over two weeks now, and these are GREAT for those glute workouts. My butt BURNS. (If you haven't yet, try out clams and walking squats). For some reference, I'm 22, female, and decently fit. It's been a while since I've felt so much (good) pain.My only issue is that the large band doesn't really work. It's not as stretchy as the small and medium ones, and I flat-out don't use it at all. I've tried different workouts to see if I can get it to work, but so far no luck. If I'm going to be paying so much for these three bands, I want to be able to use all of them.

I love these bands! I am used to working out with thinner plastic bands at the gym. I would typically the strongest (plastic) resistance for all of leg work. Holy cow, these cloth bands are a whole new level! For the first time, I had to switch down to the smallest amount of resistance for many exercises. This challenge is exactly what I’m looking for home workouts without weights. I only rated low on the for beginners because I workout very intensely 4-5 days a week and they are challenging for me. I would recommend a beginner purchase a different set. Also, the bass are pretty narrow, which works for me because I have a petit frame. I’m 5’3 140lbs. I don’t see these working for larger bodied folks. A friend I workout with commented that she wouldn’t be able to fit them around her upper thighs.

If you, like me, have suffered the pain of the rubber band snapping you in the skin, sheering into pieces, or grabbing at your clothing --you need these. I use them with my power rack when squatting or doing dead lifts, and with my DB method machine as well. It's upped my plyo workout game and they never budge--never! They're very comfortable and the resistance is no joke. I don't find myself needing to double up or replace bands as frequently and they're a very good quality --cannot beat them for the price either! I'd pay $20 for something like this, but didn't have to and that's the best way to sum it up I can think of.

We bought the bands as a means to work out at home. The bands are great quality with one minor flaw. Our middle sized band has a wavy edge to it. As much as I see the band at the gym used, none of theirs have the same wavy effect that our one band does. Largely it doesn't interfere with the quality but it is a bit looser at the top with the elastic not being taunt there.I would buy them again though if need be. Likely it was just a one off issue with the band since the others are fine.

I like that this product doesn't slip when using it! Even on my silky, stretchy leggings.Nice addition to the gym and warming up before leg day. Now that I work from home they're perfect for the desk too.I picked this brand for not having the typical pink colorway, but pretty impressed with how much resistance each band has kept over the last few months of using them.I did notice that a couple of snags were present in the bands when I got them, but just that little cosmetic dock.
