They are very okay.
These are cute, I bought my usual size and they fit-ish. I usually buy my shoes so there isn't much room, as the next size up always seems huge. The actual base of the shoe is accurate. The toe piece is half way into the shoe- luckily I have long toes, but it is still somewhat uncomfortable. So unless you have finger-like toes go a size up to accommodate. The sole is kind of gawdy, doesn't really go with the overall asthetic hence the medium rating.
