More flimsy then I like.
Cooks well but not as sturdy as I like. I place on a cookie sheet to avoid having it collapse.

Fun Shape and Easy to Use Pans!
This was my first silicone pan purchase so I didn't know what to expect. I just decided to give them a try since I couldn't find a straight sided cupcake pan anywhere. I was very pleased with the results and expect to buy more silicone in the future now that I know how nice they are to work with.I have made cupcakes and mini cheesecakes so far. Both of those items were baked at the same temperature and the same time that the recipes called for. I didn't change anything and both came out perfect. For the cupcakes, I didn't use any baking spray even though that scared me to try. Much to my delight the cupcakes came right out after baking and cooling a bit. All I had to do was push straight up from the bottom. There's a bit of a learning curve, but luckily no disasters whatsoever. For the cheesecakes I was even more scared so I did use a small amount of cooking spray in each cavity. After they cooled to room temp I put them in the freezer overnight and the next morning each cheesecake popped out perfectly. For stability I place my silicone pans on a cookie sheet before putting in the oven. As far as clean up goes, I soaked in soapy water for a bit and they were very easy to clean. They can be turned completely inside out for cleaning if desired, but I decided by the end of the first cleaning that I really didn't even need to do that. As mentioned before, if you're new to silicone like I was there's a learning curve on how you'll master using them. That's definitely not a big deal though, as I'm comfortable with them now and they're quite nice to use. I'm looking forward to making all kinds of treats in these.

Even better than I'd hoped!
I had never used silicone bakeware before. I just used this tray for the first time to bake cornbread (at 450F).My first concern was that the cornbread might stick. I used a little Pam in each cup and the finished product came out clean as a whistle. My second concern was the amount of batter it would hold. The one tray holds 2 cups--perfect!My third concern was whether I would need to modify baking temperature or time. I'm used to baking the cornbread in a cast-iron skillet. To my amazement, the cornbread cooked in this tray at 450F, 25-30 minutes, exactly as it cooks in the cast iron. And then, of course, I was worried about the food itself. It came out perfect and I got compliments!I would recommend this product to anyone for baking!

Good for Low Carb receipes
I bought this specifically to make Cheese “crackers”...ie i put a piece of cheese in the cup...microwave it for 2 minutes...let cool...and Voila! A cheese cracker....but when i wash it...it seems the grease kinda of stays on it...but its wonderful to use...it is helping me keep to my low carb diet. I am not sure if i will use to bake traditionally but for what i wanted...its perfect!

The pan arrived in new condition, however the product ...
The pan arrived in new condition, however the product itself was not what I expected. I thought the size of the cups would be rounder (as in muffin tray), but they were instead small ovals (I get that the title says oval but I didn't visualize small oval muffins or cornbread). I plan on keeping it and have used it already, but again the intended use has been amended due to the odd cup size.

perfect for home or commercial use
I will say i was sceptical at first wasn't sure if these would hold up in a restaurant atmosphere, boy want i pleased with the results. Easy to work with and easy to clean, we use these cupcake trays at least 3 times a day and they work great every time. Very durable and a great value.

Perhaps ok for baking but not as represented in sizing
Not suitable for freezing bone broth. Although they technically work, the quantity is not 1/2 cup as represented. That is what I wanted them for. They are flimsy so when using, place on a sheet pan before filling.

Sticks to muffins or eggs.
Silicone sticks to what is cooked. That is a bummer as I wanted to cook without oil.
