I started with a lower dose 3 years ago. I was taking 130 mg of thyroid at the time. I slowly worked up tp 50 mg and am down to 30 mg of thyroid per day. Quite a change. Very happy with this product.

We shall see. Arduously trying to get off antibiotics/steroids, and am trying to do so w/remedies of an earlier era. So, TBD!
