Great thing for those who goes to the gym. If you wish to loose weight than this belt definitely for you!Wore it since I've got this item, so almost 3 weeks and I've lost 2.5kg since than.Very happy with the result, I'm not gonna lie that when you wear it you lose weight very fast and that the easiest way to loose the weight, you will need to combine either wearing belt and going to the gym or wearing belt and control calories you consume.There is no easy path to lose weight. But this belt is small step towards the weight you always wanted.All I can say is that this belt is very comfortable, easy to use and why I gave 5* it works!Fabric it made of doesnt make your skin red and itchy after you wore the belt it doesn't make any effect on your skin.Very happy!!!Hope I'll look good on my holiday photos :P

Good quality waist trainer.
I bought this for obvious reasons and I am happy to say it works well. The fabric is soft and doesn't irritate against bare skin (although I prefer to wear it over clothing) and wraps well around the waist. The Velcro is good quality and doesn't unstick. It is comfortable to wear and isn't noticeable under a jumper or jacket. It can also provide good support for my back as well. Would definitely recommend.

Lost 2kg in one week.
I used this product for one week, and to be honest I'm impressed! I've went to the gym three times per week done cardio on the treadmill, and I actually lost 2kg just in one week, thats seems like a good result so far. Its actually makes you sweat more than usually and helps you lose fat quicker. I'd definetely recommend it to people who goes to the gym, or those who care about their health!Definetely deserves 5*!I'm very happy with this purchase!

Comfortable and good results!
This waist trimmer is good! As soon as I got it I gave it as a present and he says that it gives him great support! It’s practical, easy to put on and comfortable. He told me that he gets the feeling that is working towards good results!
