Winner Winner Clam Chowder Dinner !!! I was awed and mystified how it could this be so? a miracle of science? How could a few freeze dried looking ingredients pack so much oomph to make it like restaurant quality ? Huzzah to the great and powerful minds that figured out this superb concoction. The directions have several soup choices to add to this, I went with the cream of chicken instead of the Cream of Celery or cream of mushroom soup and instead of using the suggested vegetable stock/broth I substituted Chicken broth it's all I had on hand. I also only had 3 cups of clam juice instead of the required 4 ....so I just added an extra cup of chicken broth....anyway came out great! Cheers...
