My wife purchased this at a gourmet food store while we were on vacation in Maine. I didn't really give it much thought, but when she served the soup for dinner it was delicious. Initially the price of the soup mix and the cost of the chicken might seemed like a lot to me for some soup. However, the one box made she made was enough soup that we got six individual meals out of it. I just finished the last bowl from the soup today.
