It really helpful, I noticed that there were some white tissue when I cleansing myself while showering...I do have fibroids. So they are coming out without going under the knive.

Not worth it stick with actual Yoni Pearls
Do not use these use proper Yoni pearls these are not comfortable and the instructions were strange 🤔 to say the least. I've used proper yoni pearls before and these just for the cheap cost are not worth it
