Great for Joint Accessory Muscles
Very Good Range of Motion Exercise to Strengthen and Stretch Joints and Accessory Mucles. Strengthens Core Muscles Too and Improves Balance. However, Start SLOW until you have the swings and Circular Movements learned and smoothly done or you may Hit yourself or injure a muscle or joint. Start Slow and use Light Clubs in the beginning then you can increase your speed and weight

Top notch product
The product quality is too notch. I got the 10lbs club, it feels like 50. If you don't have much experience lifting weights, I would highly recommend starting out with lighter weights. These clubs have worked miracles on my shoulders, I have had 6 months of PT on my right shoulder due to injury, and warming up with Indian clubs before lifting has worked wonders.

Great finish and some suggestions to the designers
Great finish and came on time. Two design feedbacks would be for this product to have a foam covering all around like a dumbbell and a rounded or chamfered edge at the bottom. This is so that if the club’s bottom (which forms the tip when swirling) accidentally grazes the user’s body, it will not cause intense pain as it does now.

The Perfect Gift.
Got these as a gift for my husband so him and his Buddy can one up each other. They are now adding fat grips to make it harder. It does not have the waffle print on the handle so they won’t tear up the skin on your hands. I will soon be ordering a set of the heavier ones so they can keep up the competition.

A very usefull exercise implement.
The tool is generically great for a number of dynamic rotational / whole body exercises.As for the quality of this particular version - comparing to original "Clubbells" which re-introduced the training implement into the fitness arsenal about 15 years ago or so, the cover layer is weak, started to peel off without hitting the clubs against each other (which might happen once in a while), just by itself. The Clubbells rubber coverage used to be much more solid.
