UPDATE: I was so happy with this curling iron last year, but this year when I took it camping with me, It wouldn't stay on. I checked it out and it wouldn't charge correctly. I didn't do anything different than last year. I'm so disappointed now. What a let down! I only used it a few times last summer and it wouldn't work right this summer. I guess I'll have to try a different one. It should have lasted more than 5 uses. Boo!!Ok, ya'll, this is the BEST little travel curling iron EVER!!! I bought it for camping and to get rid of helmet head after biking. I've used it twice and it's just perfect!! I only curl my bangs because they get flattened by the bike helmet or a hiking hat, or sleeping in a tent. I can wash my bangs quickly and while I'm eating breakfast, my hair dries. Then I just heat up this little curling iron and do my bangs. In just a few minutes I'm ready for the day and at least I'm starting out with good hair! LOL!! It heats up quickly. I've used it twice on one charge several days apart. It gets super hot enough to keep my bangs curled so they aren't just flat on my forehead. The plastic cover can be put on after the iron cools off. It covers the on/off switch so no chance of it heating up by accident. I'm so glad I bought this. Who wants to look like you-know-what while you're camping? I want to look good while I'm roughing it-ha!!

I have thin hair and need touch ups in the car after workouts ..... what more is there to say? P.s. I will give an update once charged again. I wish it would work with partial charge. STILL if after full charge again it does the do I’m satisfied. P.p.s I stand by loving it!!! 3 things to understand: make your hair cute after the gym but bring it in for solid charging at night. It doesn’t come with instructions but you can figure it out. It doesn’t come with a hot bag so when you use it in the car put it in a place it can cool that’s safe. (Cup holder upright when it has cooled halfway down) Speaking of safety my switch seems not tight sooooooo I can’t trust it in my purse because there were two times I thought “why is my purse warm?” It had turned on just by moving around. BUT I love the barrel and tight curls. If you carry in your purse put tape on switch.

I used this curling iron maybe 3 times in my camper which was like once a year since I purchased it so it was not over used for sure, and was so disappointed when it quit working. I liked the convenience of it very much. Poorly made? Should would like to get my money back.

It done what it said it would! If you have longer hair it gets the curl tight! I wish the barrel was longer but its the perfect size like a blue roller for a roller set! Grate for travel or if sombody is in the hospital and needs a fix up!

This iron is very tiny- size of barrel is slim and also not very long. Not much hair can fit around this at a time. I wanted this to straighten/curl bangs and a few pieces around my face for travel. This is perfect for what I need. It gets hot quick and I like the "ready" light and the "charging" light. I don't think it would be the best to curl a whole head of hair. It will fit into my purse or fanny pack and will work well for travel. The protective cover prevents it from turning on. The directions say to charge after every time you use it for best results. I probably will not do that considering my purpose is just for touch ups. I'm happy with it.

I bought this to use for emergencies when the power goes out. Mostly to tame and shape my bangs. I tried it all over to test its capabilities and was impressed. Gets hot fast and is hot not warm. My hair is fine and short so I was happy with the curl tightness for me. The only thing that may be a problem for someone else is the clip that holds the hair secured while you curl is not very strong. I had to roll my curls slowly so the hair would not fall off the rod. But I bought it for bangs and for that it’s excellent.

My hairstylist recommended this affordable wireless hair curler to me. She knows my hair type and my budget . I wanted something that would work well but not break the bank.I previously had only been successful with a curling wand and really wanted to learn how to use a curling iron after many failed attempts. This curling iron is great for many reasons, I've not had any pieces of hair get stuck in the actual iron, the handle for releasing doesn't get lost in my hair, the handle itself is comfortable all over, the curling iron has a weight that is comfortable but doesn't feel cheap. There are probably better irons out there but this is perfect for learning and budgets.

This curling iron works as well as my best corded curling iron. It’s easy to charge in my SUV USB outlet. I can charge it quickly while I’m driving some place, then quickly curl my hair once I arrive at my destination. I also use it to straighten my hair. It’s small enough that it fits discreetly in my purse. Make sure you leave the plastic container on it if it’s in your purse. I left the plastic off and it accidentally got switched to on in my purse a few times and heated up. The plastic keeps it from switching to on.
