Diagona Medallion Area Rug, 92" W x 116" L, Ivory/Navy/Gray

For the money and for what I want, this is a good purchase. I aired the rug out for a few days to get rid of the plastic smell--which is going to be there with any synthetic, petroleum-based rug--and I am pleased. I bought this rug to put in a spare bedroom. The wall-to-wall carpet in there is ancient and threadbare, and I am not willing to install new wall-to-wall carpet. I took the coward's way out by simply throwing this rug on top of it. The bedroom is 10x10 and it pretty much covers the whole floor. We are a no-shoes family and I am on a tight budget. Given the choice between a thinnish wool carpet or a synthetic, I went with synthetic. It's thicker and softer under my bare feet than wool. In fact, we are all allergic to wool. I chose the navy blue with cream accents so that every little bit of dog hair and every little spot won't show so much up the road, and although it's clearly stamped on instead of woven--again, not wool--it doesn't look bad. With furniture on top of it, it's unlikely anyone visiting us will look twice at it.If you are house proud and want everything decorated just perfectly, this is not your rug, and guess what, if you want something impressive, you can plan to pay a lot more. As for us, we figure carpets are for walking on.

This is my second rug from Diagona Designs and I love it! My first was from my mother who got rid of it to make room for a new Diagona rug (she's a huge fan) but then we had to replace it after spilling paint on it. I am consistently surprised by the quality you get for the price from Diagona. The creases smoothed out perfectly after a few days and it lays perfectly flat. The design is so gorgeous and really pulls the room together. I am a Diagona customer for life now!

We received our rug today after considering many options online before ordering. We are very happy with the purchase! It looks great, feels very soft, and is the perfect size for what we needed. The rug is a little thin, but I still feel liked got a great deal considering the price ($103.99). We have dogs and a young children so we wanted something nice but not too expensive in car it (inevitably) gets dirty or stained. I would highly recommend this rug.

Product arrived on time, rolled up in durable plastic wrap inside a box. Was in perfect condition. The color is a rich midnight navy blue with cream accents. It unrolled easily and the ends didn't stay up too long before lying down. It is exact to measurements. It is a beautiful rug. Looks more expensive than what I paid. Looks "old world" like I got it in a bizarre in Marrakech. Beautiful rug.

Like other reviews said, this rug is thin and soft. I figured a rug pad would solve any issues with it being thin. No. It curled on the edges. The worst part for me was the pattern- much whiter than pictured and almost appears pixelated. Not the vintage look at all. Back they go. Bummer the price is awesome... you get what you pay for.

I am very happy with this purchase! It came very quickly and as described. The size was perfect for my living room and it compliments my new furniture beautifully. It is a great rug for the price!

I’ve had this for a few weeks now and it’s been great for the price. Its maybe a little on the thin side, but we have two 55lb dogs who play on it regularly and there haven’t been any pulls or anything, the durability seems to be great so far. Also, the roomba passes over it with ease. What else could you ask for at this price...?

This is a great rug for this price point. The colors are great and it looks far better than I expected based on the ad pic. I purchased it for the dark colors because I was putting it in my laundry/mud room and it’s a high traffic area.there is a slight smell as with most area rugs, but it’s not overwhelming like some others I’ve purchased. I put down some baking soda carpet powder and can barely smell anything now. I am very pleased with this purchase and easily give it 5 stars.
