Lasted about 4.5 yrs.
I purchased this chair in November 2017 and it's September 2022 now. Overall this has been a decent chair for the price. The massage and heat still work. I kept it covered so it shows little wear and tear. But about a couple years in I noticed the right back started to lean backwards. I recently found that the back wood frame had splintered. I used it almost daily to some degree but was never hard on it. It didn't take long after purchase for the seat massagers to start poking my legs due to settling of the light seat padding. That made it far less comfortable for the majority of its lifespan. It arrived in two pieces and I was reasonably able to assemble myself. The cords are under a flap in the back so it's aesthetically pleasing. However the cords can get caught in the ball barings underneath. It also left grease marks on my carpet. But it's very quiet. Also if you have pets the faux leather is thin and unforgiving of claws. I hope this helps :)

Good product for the low price
I was mostly pleased with this purchase. 2 cartons arrived on different days, but both before the estimated delivery date. The chair went together easily and the wiring is color coded, hidden behind a flap in back. The color was a bit of a surprise. The "espresso" is more of a chocolate brown, without the reddish overtones shown in the pictures, but that was fine. The PU "leather" is buttery soft and the cushioning is thick, although the head rest doesn't give much support until you fully recline. The vibrating massage zones work well, especially on the intense setting. Overall, a good buy for a low price. I just hope the covering and reclining mechanism continue to work well for a long time.Update: after about 4 months use of this chair, the seat cushioning has become compressed and indented. I weigh about 200, but have had to spend a lot of time in the chair, due to recent back surgery. The PU leather is holding up well, but, as many other reviews have mentioned, the foot rest is somewhat difficult to lock back into place. You have to sit a bit forward on the seat to have the leverage needed for that. I still think it's an overall good purchase for the price.

Very decent chair for the money
Bought this chair with my eyes wide open that its an inexpensive recliner with several features more common in more expensive chairs. Chair arrived in good shape albeit with some pretty good carton damage from FedEx. It was easy to assemble, taking under 10 minutes and no tools are necessary. The chair overall is pretty comfortable. I bought it as an inexpensive addition to have a place to relax in my home office, take the occasional nap and watch some TV while I am working once in a while. This chair accomplishes all that. The massage function is not impressive at all (didn't expect it to be) but it vibrates and you can tell something in moving under the fabric. The heating function works well, I felt it get decently warm after about 8-10 minutes sitting in it. Overall, this is a pretty good chair, and great if you figure in the inexpensive cost associated with it. Id also strongly consider getting the 3-5 year extended warranty (I did) which is inexpensive, and even though ive only had the chair a couple of days, I am extremely confident the warranty will be called upon at some stage over the next 5 years...….

Extremely comfortable, fantastic quality for the money
I purchased the chair after doing a lot of research- I wanted a recliner that was very soft and comfortable, a great value and looked high quality. This chair fit the bill- I ordered, it arrived in two boxes (one heavy, one light) and I assembled in a few minutes, very simple. The chair pivots, reclines with a pull and is like sitting in a cloud. The heat works well, the vibration is not my thing but my son loves it. I liked the look and feel so much I ordered a second, this one arrived without the cord or hand control. I emailed the seller through amazon and they responded immediately and promptly shipped a replacement- great service!I see negative reviews about the force needed to get the leg rest back- I have had other recliners that are similar and have no problem with it, but if that is a concern spend more and get a fully electric chair as that is not what this chair is!! You could also simply buy a footstool and not recline the chair and still save $$ from buying electric, but there are always people who will find fault. We love these chairs and thus far they have held up well. They are a fabulous buy and great value for the money, and blend well with our expensive leather sofa that looks identical but cost 10x more. Again, very pleased with customer service- these chairs have been an excellent buy for us, would definitely choose the same chairs if I needed more.

Easy to assemble, vibration/heat work good. Nice chair.
Chair is small, I'm 5'11" and my legs hang off the end about 6-8 inches. It's a nice chair, easy to assemble and the heat and vibrating functions work well. This is not a big oversized chair that you can get snuggle into and get comfy for an afternoon of binge watching Netflix on a rainy day, LOL, but it is as described. A heat/massage recliner You will need to situate this chair close to the wall because the electrical cord is not very long. Don’t plan on putting it far away from an outlet or you’ll need an extension cord. Cupholders are a Nice feature, I use it for remotes more than cups, but the side pockets are great also, I keep my iPad in one of them. I had issues with the chair initially, but the manufacturer responded quickly and sent me a replacement part without making me send the original back. That was very helpful.

For the price it's what I expected.
The chair came in two packages, was easy to assemble with no tools except for one thing. The right side arm rest did not fit. The pieces that slide together didn't line up. I had to remove and relocate one of them to make the arm rest fit onto the chair. Reclining is comfortable, and the leg-rest is either up or down which isn't that bad. But trying to put the leg-rest down and making it stay can be difficult for many people. One needs to have relatively strong hamstrings to make it click and stay. It is awkward at best to do so.[EDIT] After several email exchanges with the company that makes this chair I've come to realize that maybe I was wrong in saying what I did. Given the proper way to put down the leg-rest it is much easier to do. Thank you AECOJOY.
