Dryer sensor kit works great

No problems with this kit. Dryer runs as before with no issues. I only need one part out of the kit but will keep the rest if I need them later.

Item arrived quickly and worked as advertised.

I replaced the lead sensor on the heating element as it tested under specs, after a couple days the dryer was back to same low heating problem. Read several posts as others experienced the same problem and went through three or four sensors. I decided to replace all as there maybe a conflict in ohm ratings across the circuit. After replacing all of the sensors I am back to running condition. Maytag Neptune dryer 20+ yrs old. Will replace the heating element down the road as I want a new group to last another 10 at least. My suggestion is to buy the group of sensors instead of just one. I spent $63 for just the one the fist time from appliance sight. I got all four here under that price and have a working unit.

Well in my manual if you look close in the picture they show this part and on the back of the fuse it a 25A. And everybody seems to be selling 18A or less?. I Finally order one from a service shop lasted a year, And it lasted almost a year, But the downtime and all the fun at the laundry Matt wasn't any fun and very costly. Keeping the lint screen clean is a must! The problem boils down to is Lint! And it only takes a little of it finding its way down to the open tin cover shroud that covers the heating coil. It's a poor design, and it's not rocket science to have them redesign something better than what being used! Granted, the parts warehouses will lose out on making Millions on not supplying the correct part. For some reason.? Dryer fire from too much build up before it pops the breaker.? Is my guess. Having to keep a Quarterly change out on the shelf for this part ! But at least Amazon is there for a quick turn around!. Thanks, Jeff, for the fast, prompt, service. So until then, don't put your Phillip screwdriver away!! < Come On, Man > Redesign the box!

I only utilized the thermal fuse but this has solved the issues with my dryer at a very reasonable price.
