Doesnt Come With Outlet Tester- But Mine is Conductive
I am new to the grounding mats, but not new to grounding or earthing. I own more shoes than anyone I know, but I cannot stand to wear any of them except my moccasins. As the weather begins its dying season here in the Midwest, I wanted to find something to keep myself connected in the wintertime. I have been looking at the science on this for a while on and off and doubted that so much could come from it (although I have always just been drawn to be barefoot). I began using about about 4 days ago, and had to take a chance the first two days that I was actually connected to the ground because it didn't come with an outlet tester and I haven't previously owned a grounding mat. A friend of mine brought over a multimeter the second day and we tested everything out. In my kit, the bracelet proves to be more conductive, but they both are and the product works! I have pretty bad arthritis in my hands (and it flares up when I have to write extensive research papers for my undergrad studies) and that was the first noticeable thing I stopped having.. my fingers no longer hurt. Still unconvinced but wanting to continue for the sake of science, I continued to use it (esp. knowing that it was conductive like advertised). On day three I started my cycle, which is always super painful for me and has been a bother throughout my life (literally the only time I ever use OTC pain meds). I ground for at least half the day between the bracelet and the mat.. and on days one and two of my cycle (days 3 and 4 of use) I haven't had any menstrual pain... at all. And my hands and fingers still don't hurt! I am sold on this whole grounding thing and felt this was a good stepping stone into the products themselves because it is low priced. As a believer now, I have invested in "the real deal" mats by Clint Ober, but plan to continue using this mat and bracelet, especially to show others in my life what an awesome thing it is. For a reasonable price, I am impressed, but if you do not own an outlet checker or multimeter, you would have to invest separately (I've seen the checkers for about 7-8$ here on Amazon). Happy Grounding!!

I’m still undecided
Ok so I’m really into natural earthing and for me there’s nothing that can compare to spending time out in nature with shoes off, skin contact with the earth. Needless to say, I’m not receiving the full feeling or effect of this product than if I were to spend time in the sand or grass. It’s interesting the first few days or using this product, there was a noticeable difference in my pms symptoms (from like 90 to 0 pain level change!) and I’ve noticed a few other aches minimize. A month in, I find myself constantly checking its source connection to make sure it’s plugged in because I don’t feel that I’m receiving the same effects as when I first bought it, nor the ones I was anticipating after reading about positive responses from earthing products. Especially after almost spraining an ankle a couple days before receiving this product, I was looking forward to some magic for the swelling and tenderness… I’m still waiting lol. I don’t know, it’s more like a mind game at this moment 🤷🏾♀️ I’d suggest getting a reader to ensure it’s properly working for good measure (not offered with this product). On the other hand, I appreciate the extensively long chord it comes with, as well as the variation between mat and wristband, as one suits better depending upon what you’re doing and personality. I think I’ll give the bed sheets a try and after that, hopefully transition somewhere warm enough that I can just go natural, good ol skin to earth contact mostly.

Tests comparable to the official Earthing product, but it's not the same texture
My husband and I use - and love - mats from the original Earthing company. They definitely deliver value for money. But, I wanted an extra mat for the living room where I practice tai chi. I didn't want to keep snapping & unsnapping the mat by my desk, etc. On the other hand, I wasn't sure I wanted to pay the full price of an Earthing brand mat. So, I ordered this set. I have the luxury of owning a meter that measures electrical charge in the human body, and I've confirmed that Earthing mats work. It appears that this Grounding Mat works as well (or at least nearly as well) as the Earthing mat. In addition, the wrist band works well, too. (I don't own an Earthing wrist band, so I can't compare those.) The Grounding Mat doesn't have the same texture as the Earthing mat. It's a little smoother, and therefore feels a little "stickier" if you perspire on it at all. Likewise, the Grounding Mat didn't come with the extras that the Earthing company includes. Also, the Grounding Mat's cord is entirely straight and got tangled even before I plugged it into the outlet. The Earthing mat's cord has a spiral/curly segment (which expands/stretches as needed) so it avoids tangling. So, all in all, the Grounding Mat feels like a budget version, but - in this case - that's all we needed. The mat works. That's the important part. I'm glad we have the original Earthing mats for locations where we're using them most often. But, for an extra mat that's used less often, or if you're on a tight budget, I think the Grounding Mat is a fine alternative.

Etrange. On comprend mieux le nombre de commentaires anglo-saxons ! Je vais donc aller dans mon jardin pour faire ce. « grounding » (mise à la terre) pied nu !

So... they provide no guidance RE what the conductivity of the matt should actually be, but it is radically difference from what the wrist bank is (see photo's) - which BTW is half as good as one I have from another supplier. So...this is a send and hope type supplier....

I like it however how do I know it’s working ?

Il manquait une prise pour connecter le tapis. Dommage de vendre un objet pour lequel il faut acheter un élément supplémentaire. C'était pour faire un cadeau...
