Our Mylar bags have a complete middle aluminum foil layer (.00035) and are NOT simply metalized polyester that other manufacturers produce. If you can see through the bag it is not aluminum foil and the product inside can be affected by light and oxygen, which are major reasons for using Mylar bags.
