I have to admit: this fireplace is amazing. It was not made cheaply, it looks good and work just fine. Very easy to mount even though i didn't get any instructions. Comes with all needed accessories. I'm glad i purchased it.Mounted under a 65" TV with a 20" gap. No problems at all.The only thing to be aware of is being careful pouring the ethanol as it can damage hardwood floors. It wouldn't be a bad idea laying a matt or something underneath the fireplace to avoid that.

I'm only giving this product 4/5 stars for one reason- installation! I've never had an issue installing or mounting anything and I'd like to think I'm pretty handy.. However, as soon as I saw the cheap anchors that were packaged with the product, I knew there'd be an issue..but- because of all the wonderful reviews, I continued on. Big mistake- the screws that were to be inserted into these cheap plastic anchors were definitely too big and became so tight halfway inserted that they started turning the anchors within the wall! Long story short- I ended up with 4 1-cm large holes in in our living room wall hahah.. However with a simple fix - I went to Home Depot and bought some real wall anchors and screws and re-drilled a few holes (covering the old ones) and hung it on our wall.. It works wonderful! Absolutely love it and is so great for winter--puts out a decent flame after a few minutes too! Just be cautious lighting it for the first time! Makes one hell of a scary noise once it catches! Regardless, definitely one of our favorite buys!! Hope this helps!

This fireplace is beautiful and it really compliments our modern decor. It arrived on time and was packaged very well. There was not a scratch on the unit. I was impressed with how well the unit is constructed. It is a very solid unit unlike what I have seen at the local big box home improvement stores. I called customer service with a question on placement and found them to be quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend this product.

So far so good, easy to install and looks well the wall. On the first try 1/2 qt of Bio fuel burned for almost 3 hrs.

We are forced to return this product as the glass came completely shattered. Unable to find a manufactures website. Appears that it doesn't exist. Glass all over the place. Incompetent shipping. It could of hurt someone. Gorgeous ventless fireplace but what a hassle.

I bought this fireplace under an old account, but I had to leave a review after receiving REMARKABLE customer service. The fireplace is beautiful (I got the black one)! It puts off a good amount of heat, which I didn't expect, but appreciate in the large room I put it in. For the wall mount, I used toggle bolts instead of the hardware that comes with this piece. I'm not sure if it's needed, but it set my mind at rest having a fire burning on my wall. This is probably the biggest conversation piece in my home when we have guests. I contacted the seller with an issue (I lost a part when moving) and they have been 100% amazing! Great stuff and great customer service! Highly Recommended!

This fireplace looks amazing! JUST AS ADVERTISED! We are so happy with the purchase and install was pretty easy as well. Looks great in our bedroom and no ugly electrical cord down the wall!

I love this but it is in my bedroom and it sets off my smoke alarm everytime I use it so I don't get to use it very much. I'm really bummed about that and don't know what to do about it
