The inserts are sized correctly and are made of felt (wool) They add extra insulation between my foot, and the sole of my shoes and work boots. They most definitely help keep my feet warm. Also, they are the best thickness to provide insulation and warmth for daily shoe wear. Other products are too thick for daily shoes and work only in boots or oversized footwear with enough room to allow for adequate comfort.

Purchased by size but still need a little trimming to fit. Outside of that which is minor they're nice, warm and comfortable inserts. I've purchased two pairs because they're worth it.

I have a pair of moose skin slippers from llbean that have a flannel lining inside. The sole wore away rather quickly but the rest of the slippers are still in excellent shape. I found these felt insoles to try and after some quick trimming they fit really well. The slippers are just a bit tighter now but still fit well. The best part though is how comfortable these insoles are. Much more cushion now and they are ever so soft and warm. I’ve always got cold feet so I use these even in summer. Unless your shoes or slippers are already a tight fit I highly recommend these for a bit of warmth as well as softness and comfort in each step. Being washable is another big benefit. I highly recommend them and will happily buy again. I’ve already recommended them to my wife and father in law.

Best boot insoles I have ever used. They provide an outstanding comfort cushion and foot stability. I can tell a great difference in my stride and feel a bit less worn out after long hikes.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, and in the wet winter months I wear tall rubber boots around the farm. These insoles act as insulation and my feet stay warmer, longer.
