I LOVE this pencil! I always get told my brows look perfect when I use this pencil. The spoolie is great too but you must apply with a light hand so it does not look harsh. Very creamy and not hard at all. I use to be scared of pencils and couldn't freehand at all now a year later I am getting great! I hope they never discontinue this product.
