Definitely some high-quality stuff. I was looking for a high metabolic booster for my blood sugar and cholesterol and this formula worked great! Way better than cheaper alternatives I’ve had in the past. Feel like the 5 ingredients work in unison to help reduce my FBG and triglycerides levels. This also helped control my cravings and did notice some slight fat loss which wasn’t my goal but was a nice benefit. This is now in my daily supplement regimen.

I have found this to be a great alternative to metformin for about a year now. This company sells the modified version of regular Berberine, which works much better. And they add in some other common “blood sugar” supplements.Recently my progress slowed, and it turns out that the quantity per serving of the the modifier Berberine has been cut from 600mg to 400mg! In the photo you can see on the lower right that the newer bottle shows lower mg/serving.On the Nutrition Facts they actually moved the bernerine content from the top to lower in the ingredients list just to hide this change. It’s very shady.So now to get the same effect I have to take five pills per day instead of three. I am very disappointed at how this company changed the formulation without making it a different product or sending out some sort of notice.Because of this change I have switched to a cheaper source also sold at Amazon.I wouldn’t trust this brand anymore after what they have done to this product. If you really like this combination, budget that you will need one and a half bottles per month to get the commonly recommended weight loss dose now. But consider that all of the ingredients in this formula are cheaper elsewhere, especially the “GlucoVantage” modified Berberine.

This is one of the most effective supplements I've ever tried. The more I look into the ingredients, the more impressed I am with the formula! Dihydroberberine is the standout, but I also learned that milk thistle and cinnamon aid in absorption while offering metabolic support. Plus, the inclusion of r-Lipoic acid (a more natural form than Alpha-lipoic acid) and chromium gives it an extra boost. I usually take 1-2 capsules a day, and it’s been fantastic. The appetite suppression is real—I’ve managed to cut back on calories, and my clothes are getting loose. Looks like I'll need to go shopping soon! This product is far superior to regular Berberine.

I was losing weight slowly on vinegar tablets, but I started smelling like vinegar all the time. So when the bottle was empty I tried Berberine and it constipated me. I switched to these and the bottle is almost empty but the weight loss came to a dead halt. Hopefully, they are doing some other really good things for me. Im new to pre- diabetes or metabolic sysdrome as an older adult. I dont take meds of any variety. I want to keep it that way. Yet, my body needed a high level of support. It’s a little on the pricey side but the high quality ingredients justifies the cost versus buying these individually. Seal on the bottle was attached securely and lots of capsules! I got this because I read that it works similarly to Metformin. I've noticed fewer cravings and 2lb weightloss but also some upset stomach. After I finish this bottle I will probably repurchase.
